On Getting Your Pieces to You
Every order ships from New York. We work with carriers we trust to bring your pieces to you safely, and we ship to all fifty states.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, though on rare occasions your package may arrive outside the estimated timeframe. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each one.
Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days depending on your location.
Please note that Alsolis is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Every piece in the Alsolis collection was chosen slowly and with intention. We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
For orders within the US, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return processing.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items are unworn and unaltered
- Original tags are attached
- Items are in their original packaging, intact and undamaged
- Items have not been washed, marked, or damaged
- Items are not marked as final sale
- Items are not customized
- Items are not lingerie
Exchanges
We love helping you find the right piece. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to availability. For exchanges, no restocking fee is charged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at: concierge@alsolis.com
Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Returns that do not meet the conditions above, or that are sent without prior authorization, may be refused and returned to the sender.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right promptly and at no cost to you.
